We at Noor Educational Academy are committed to user satisfaction and providing a high-quality learning experience. Therefore, we provide a flexible refund policy to give you confidence in your decision to subscribe with us.

✅ Refund Terms

1. Refund Grace Period:

Users may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided they have not used more than 20% of the course content or available resources.

2. Excessive Content Usage:

If more than 20% of lessons have been viewed or files downloaded, the request is not eligible for refund.

3. Free or Sponsored Courses:

No amounts are refunded for free courses or courses obtained as part of promotional offers (such as: register and invite a friend for free).

4. Recurring Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual):

Subscription cancellation can be requested at any time, but amounts paid for previous months are not refunded. Cancellation takes effect from the following month.

5. Technical Issues:

In case of a technical problem that prevents you from using the platform and is not resolved within 3 business days from the date of the report, you may request a refund.

  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2–5 business days.

⚠ Important Notes

  • Refunds via bank cards may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank.
  • The Academy reserves the right to refuse any refund request in case of suspected service abuse or repeated requests without justification.
